Pastor Zina Pierre, Ph.D. founder and Senior Pastor of Bethel Restoration Church in Largo, MD. She is the author of the book “Your Prayers Matter to God” and former host of a weekly show on The Word Network. Saved at the age of seven, and later became the first woman licensed to preach in the 150-year history of her childhood church of First Baptist of Annapolis. Pastor Z – as she is lovingly called has a great love for children and donates toys and clothing year-round to kids and families through her “Share the Love” ministry. In the secular world, Dr. Zina is founding President and CEO of Reyarp Strategies Group, LLC (RSG). She has worked in the national political arena for more than 30 years advising and developing strategic plans. RSG provides diversity, equity and inclusion training and professional development, executive coaching, strategic partnerships and outreach, and advocacy services for state and municipal governments, corporate, non- profit and civil rights organizations. Dr. Pierre is also co-founder and managing partner of Quora Alkaline Water Bottling Company.
